North Georgia Zoo and Petting Farm

North Georgia Zoo and Petting farm is a family friendly zoo that is great for all ages. The Zoo boasts a large rare breeds and miniature livestock working farm area where guests can pet and feed over 400 farm animals. the guest can learn about the zoo's over 30 different breeds of livestock from miniature spotted potbelly pigs to the rare fuzzy highlander cow, miniature zebu cows, mini donkeys, spotted sheep and more. The zoo also offers guided wildlife walks which are interactive and personal. Here a guide will take you on a tour of the exotics that range from kangaroos, monkeys, wildcats, wolves, foxes, deer, and many others. On of the favorite activities is the camel encounter where families can take a wagon ride to view even more animals such as zebra, yak, buffalo and the famous Camels. As seen on Dirty Jobs.
